Additionally, this is a hybrid work environment, with 2 days in office/3 days work from home after training.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Confirm documentation supports approval for payment

　　Contact clients to help resolve payment issues

　　Answer questions from suppliers and vendors on status and issues related to payment

　　Work in a team environment where you can collaborate with team members on supporting efforts in the A/P space

　　Requirements

　　Proven analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　Data entry experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel

　　Experience with Process Expense Reports

　　Adeptness in Process Expense Reports

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　2+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable

　　Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
