Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry. The role is based in Youngstown, Ohio, and is suitable for individuals with strong customer service and data management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, managing customer data, and providing consistent customer service to our clientele, predominantly from the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively and professionally.
• Provide consistent and compassionate customer service.
• Process and manage customer data meticulously.
• Cooperate and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism during interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Work independently, understanding the importance of team communication and coordination.
• Manage high volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with their queries related to prescription drug benefits.
• Provide remote assistance to customers, adhering to the company's standards and procedures.
• Utilize your call center customer service skills to enhance the customer experience. Requirements • Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role within the Manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to Assist Customers with queries and concerns about products or services
• Familiarity with the operations of a Fast Paced Call Center and an Inbound Call Center
• Experience in a High Volume Call Center, handling a large number of calls daily
• Knowledge of Call Center Metrics and ability to meet or exceed set targets
• Skilled in Remote Assistance to help customers with their needs
• Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of customer information
• Knowledge of Pharmacy operations, Pharmacy Claim procedures, and Pharmacy Benefit Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Willingness to continuously improve and learn new skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
