Due to our amazing growth, Perfect Choice Exteriors is actively searching for a “Rockstar” Customer Service Representative for our Creve Couer, IL office. The preferred candidate will join our winning team of professionals and earn a substantial income while making a positive impact to assist homeowners and team members with their improvement projects.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners and business associates.

　　Direct calls as needed.

　　Make outgoing calls.

　　Handle homeowner's questions and objections.

　　Obtain homeowner's information including names and addresses phone numbers etc. and input it into the system.

　　Set or receive appointments over the telephone and designate them to the appointment department.

　　Contact homeowners to follow up on project and finance interaction.

　　Notate customers’ accounts in MS and CRM programs with complete notes.

　　Skills and Job Requirements:

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Superb customer service skills (required)

　　Stellar attendance (required)

　　Ability to work well with team members and assist with job-related tasks with each department.

　　Capability to persuade an individual’s decision

　　High energy self-motivator

　　Computer literacy is a must

　　Initiative Tenacious

　　This is an in-office position at our location in Creve Coeur IL. 

　　Full-Time Position:

　　Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (one hour lunch)
