About Customer Service Representative

　　The Tribune-Democrat's Circulation Department has an opening for a full-time customer service representative.

　　The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and friendly, have an exceptional telephone voice, and possess outstanding multitasking, time-management, and data entry skills.  The candidate must also be comfortable receiving inbound customer calls as well as making outbound sales calls.  Multi-line phone management a plus.

　　The work schedule includes Monday-Friday with rotating weekend shifts.  Hours may vary slightly during the week to include early mornings.  Hourly rate plus commission and benefit plan.
