　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Design, plan, manage and roll out technical solutions to support demand generation initiatives

　　Integrate web/marketing/sales tools to enable data flow to optimize marketing activities

　　Develop detailed project plans to track progress

　　Coordinate across teams and stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects

　　Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

　　Perform risk analysis and management to minimize project risks

　　Identification of new functionality & leverage projects for demand generation processes & platforms

　　Analyze and report in regard to the effectiveness of the implemented projects

　　Our Requirements:

　　5+ years of experience working in Oracle Eloqua. Proven success building programs, setting up integrations, and working with API connections.

　　2+ years of experience working as a project manager. Proven success at managing multiple technical projects at the same time.

　　Strong knowledge of Javascript

　　Experience with Laravel/PHP

　　Experience working in Oracle Eloqua App Cloud Developer Platform

　　Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Service Implementation Specialist Certification is a plus

　　Strong communication skills, fluent written & spoken English required, ability to work in a global environment.

　　Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

　　Ability to prioritize and problem solve

　　Able to efficiently manage stakeholders with competing priorities

　　Experience in agile project management is a plus
