　　Requirements

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　1+ years' experience in call center or office environment required

　　Strong Microsoft Office skills and basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Proficiency in Outbound Calls

　　Additionally, data entry experience preferred

　　Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
