　　As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in serving as the main point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, schedule technicians for service calls, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the process. We are looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about our services

　　Schedule appointments and working with dispatcher

　　Update customer information in our database

　　Process payments and handle billing inquiries

　　Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

　　Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

　　Requirements

　　Prior experience in customer service or a related role

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Proficiency in using computer systems and software

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

　　Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

　　Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or air conditioning systems (preferred)
