About Client Support Associate

  Kforce has a client that is seeking a Client Support Associate in El Segundo, CA.What you will do:

  Client Support Associate will develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients

  Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs

  Serve as the caller's primary point of contact and own the caller's issue from start to finish

  Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers

  As a Client Support Associate, you will provide support on various computer systems associated with the Broker/Dealer

  Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule

  Utilize CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record and track calls

  Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts

  High School diploma/GED

  2 years of experience working in client-service or call center

  1 years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting

  Strong technical aptitude

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

  2 years of experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow-up skills

  1 years of work experience in the financial services industry

  Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management highly desirable

  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

  We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

  Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

  This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
