  Your Role at KIK

  You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and it’s customers. You are responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work in the office, 8am-5pm EST, Monday-Thursday in Lawrenceville, GA and will work remote on Fridays.

  What You’ll Be Doing

  Customer Communication: Handle a high volume of calls and emails (50-75 daily) in ACD to provide information, assistance and solutions to their inquiries.

  Issue Resolution- Identify, assess and escalate problems or complaints and work to resolve them efficiently.

  Documentation: Utilize SAP and MS Office suite to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, process credits, debits, replacement orders and RGA’s as needed

  Team Collaboration: collaborate with others including Customers, Warehouse, Sales, Demand Planners, Transportation and a team of 5 CSR’s ensure consistent service and shared knowledge.

  Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and inquiries, prioritize urgent matters.

  Feedback and Improvement: Identify opportunities and areas to improve customer satisfaction.

  What You’ll Bring

  At least 1 year of customer service experience

  High School Diploma Required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  Chemical Manufacturing experience preferred.

  Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite

  Bilingual in French is a plus
