Description:

　　Our client is looking for a Design Engineer who will be responsible for designing/creating fixtures to support manufacturing and field support across their ground equipment and aircraft systems and to ensure that their products are manufacturable and maintainable. This person will work with the Manufacturing, Field Support, and Design Engineering teams to design and produce quality fixtures, jigs, maintenance tools, and tool modifications to improve manufacturing and operations quality. They will maintain testers and fixtures for in house operations, perform load and vibration analysis on products as needed, and prepare CAD, assembly drawings, instructions, specifications, standards, and bills of material necessary to manufacture their designs. This person will also work with the NPI, AME and Field Support team members to validate new fixtures and introduce them into manufacturing and operations.
