　　Major responsibilities

　　Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

　　Manage incoming telephone calls

　　Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

　　Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

　　Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

　　Experience with Microsoft Excel

　　SAP experience preferred

　　Strong familiarity with Superior Customer Service

　　Knowledge of data entry

　　Solid understanding of customer service

　　Proven knowledge of communication

　　No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

　　Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyHands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite

　　Strong problem solving and analytical skills

　　2+ years of past relevant experience

　　Sound written and verbal communication skills

　　Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
