Customer Service Representative

　　Hanes Geo Components (HGC), a division of Leggett and Platt company (NYSE: LEG), in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative. HGC is the leading distributor of geosynthetics, erosion control, and soil stabilization products used in the construction industry.

　　Primary responsibilities are:

　　Professionally answer all incoming phone callsAccurately enter customer orders that are received on the telephone or electronicallyGreet and assist customers who walk-in for ordersCommunicate with customers regarding any challenges to their order such as logistics, pricing, inventory adjustments etc.Provide professional administrative support for the locationPrepare and submit customer quotesThis person must be focused on providing exceptional customer service, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, be proficient and accurate with data entry, competent math skills (converting square feet to square yards) and have exceptional computer skills.
