Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the corporate call center for a large retail company!

　　Job Description:

　　Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warranty claims

　　Log call data into computer system

　　Help troubleshoot product issues

　　Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　1+ year of customer service experience in a call center

　　Accurate typing and spelling required

　　Ability to type 40 WPM

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office

　　Schedule offerings: 5am-2pm or 7am - 4pm (Mon - Fri)
