　　Manage incoming telephone calls

　　Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

　　Receive and send written business correspondence

　　Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements

　　Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

　　Proficiency in taking/making Inbound and Outbound Calls

　　Microsoft Office Suites experience highly desired

　　Adeptness in general Administrative Tasks

　　Solid understanding of customer service

　　Typing 40+ words per minute experience preferred

　　Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

　　Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
