Full-Time Elementary School Social Worker:

　　As we continue to expand, we seek a driven School-based Social Worker to join our team in Blue Island, IL for the 2023-2024 school year.

　　Position details:

　　Support students who are in K-5th grade with a variety of elgibilities

　　Dates: ASAP-June 3rd 2024

　　Hours: 8:00 AM -3:00 PM

　　Schedule: Monday-Friday in-person and onsite

　　Another Social Worker on site for collaboration

　　Collaborate with students, colleagues, and families to best support each student's needs

　　Attend and participate in IEP assessments, observation, and formal reviews

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications:

　　Masters in Social Work

　　Active PEL with School Social Work Endorsement

　　Prior experience working with elementary ages students as a school-based social worker preferred
