　　Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional for a Customer Service Rep opportunity with a leader in the healthcare industry. You MUST be located in the Fort Worth, TX area. Qualifications:

　　Accuracy and Detail Oriented are a MUST

　　Solid technical abiility and able to learn new systems

　　Microsoft Suite

　　High School Diploma or GED with minimum of Associate degree preferred

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for handling inbound calls from pharmacies, vendors, pharmaceutical sales and insurance company inquiries, which involves researching and resolving issues of non-technical nature.

　　This includes documentation calls, communicating new product service offerings and escalating critical complex issues to next level of support.

　　Calls are handled with accuracy while meeting department and individual performance goals.

　　Integrate and practice the companies Shares Principles of Integrity, Customer Centered, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (ICARE)
