　　As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and promoting the company's products and services. If you want to be part of this journey and be the face of our business, this could be the start of your career.

　　About the Role

　　From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services, process rental agreements, payments, and provide information on rental rates and policies. You will also resolve any customer issues and complaints.

　　To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be responsible for checking vehicles in and out, conducting inspections for damages, and required to clean vehicles from time to time.

　　What we are looking for :

　　This position typically requires excellent customer service skills, ability to sell, work in a fast-paced environment and not afraid of some labouring type work. To be more specific:

　　Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role. Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

　　We operate 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 8:30 pm and we are looking for full time (working 40 hours per week i.e. 5 x 8 hour shifts per week) or part time (working 24 or 32 hours per week - shift dependant on your availability) workers, having said that these roles will require Saturday or Sunday work shift each week.
