Participate in arotational training program covering all aspects of customer servicemanagement. Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching. Perform qualitymonitoring on team members and provide feedback. Audit departmentprocesses and identify areas for improvement. Assist in the recruitingprocess to fill customer service positions. Minimum Requirements Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor\'s degree preferred.Excel at verbal communication, listening, feedback, delegation,fostering teamwork and multi-tasking. Strong track record ofcustomer-focused service and attention to detail. Prior leadership /management experience is a plus.
