Description
Concord client is in need of a contract to hire Customer Service Representative. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm and is 100% onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Process incoming quote request, work order and remake.
• Managing incoming calls.
• Handle and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling.
• Place, cancel or updated accounts and work orders.
• Assist with placement of orders.
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
• Perform other customer service tasks as needed.
This is a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Must be comfortable dealing with frustrated customers. The ideal candidate will be friendly and very customer service oriented.

Requirements
Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and InsightlyComprehensive knowledge of Assist Customers
Order management experience
Strong familiarity with account management
Foundational knowledge in Receptionist Duties
Customer service and office administrative skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
