　　More travel means we need more help with our operations. We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant & Driver or what we call a 'Vehicle Return Agent' to be our first point of contact to our customers!

　　About the Role

　　You will be responsible for greeting our customers upon their arrival at our rental location and assist with the check-in of the renter's vehicle and vehicle details.

　　Key responsibilities will include:

　　Help expedite the rental car return process with exceptional customer services to get customers on their way as quickly as possible. Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per our vehicle damage procedure. Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometres while accurately inputting them into our hand-held devices when needed.

　　What we are looking for :

　　Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.

　　We are looking for someone who is willing to work every Sunday and Monday on 2 x 10 hour shifts make this a 20-hour permanent, part-time position.
