Thisposition is responsible for maximizing business opportunities withcustomers. This individual needs to consistently meet and exceedcustomer expectations in each customer contact. Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain Customer Relationships Contact, establish, andmaintain relationships with both new and current customers to discusstheir wants, needs, and service concerns to retain their business.Coordinate installation with internal and external resources. Work withcustomers, developers, and contractors to establish new and expandedservice, make proactive \"touch-point\" contacts. Proactively managecustomer contact and expectations for service delivery by identifyingand resolving potential issues to timely completion. Proactively manageinternal company work requests by identifying and resolving potentialissues to timely completion. Respond to customers through multiplechannels; call, email, fax, mail or face-to-face. Follow-up on job requirements (inspections, readyfor service cards, signed sketches, permits, ROW, payments, lightingcontracts, etc.). Maintain Quality Service Follow distributionstandards, company policies, and procedures. Provide necessary supportfor customer restoration efforts and gas emergencies. MinimumQualifications Associates Degree or equivalent Armed Forces training. 3+years of customer service experience and/or customer relations relatedexperience. Preferred Qualifications Delivery of customer service andsales, including inbound/outbound calls is preferred.
