JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bank of Luxemburg is looking to hire a part-time orfull-time Customer Service Associate or Retail Sales Representative towork out of our Fish Creek branch. Will position will require working1-3 Saturday mornings at our Sturgeon Bay branch. PrincipalResponsibilities and Duties: 1. Process Teller Transaction A. Cashcustomer checks. B. Handle savings and checking deposits, withdrawalsand transfers. C. Process customer loan payments, safe deposit boxpayments and cash advance requests. D. Issue personal money orders andcashiers checks. E. Quote values and redeem savings bonds. F. Balanceand verify cash drawer. G. Wrap coin and currency. H. Assist with theprocessing of daily Imaging. I. Assist with maintaining branch ATMmachine (if applicable to branch). J. Order postage stamps (ifapplicable). K. Order checks and deposit tickets for customers. L.Assist customers with imaging research and balancing accounts. M.Identify and report potential fraudulent customer activity. N. Followappropriate bank policies, procedures and regulatory compliance whencompleting transactions. O. Evaluate and place holds when necessary fortransactions. P. Add and perform maintenence on customer andnon-customer information profiles. Q. Assist with EFT card travel alertsand online banking and 24 hour banker inquiries. R. Assist with customersafe deposit box access. 2. Cross Sell Bank Services A. Promote productsand services of the Bank including deposits, loans, and investmentservices. B. Refer interested customers to appropriate departments. C.Answer customer inquiries in regards to new and existing accounts. D.Attend training and sales meetings as assigned. 3. Act as a ReceptionistA. Answer incoming phone inquiries and transfer to appropriate personnelif necessary. B. Greet branch customers, answer inquiries and directthem to the appropriate personnel. Additional Duties andResponsibilities: 1. Keep abreast of key economic data and regulatorychanges which may impact the financial performance of the Bank. 2.Maintain up-to-date job knowledge through professional reading andaffiliation with appropriate industry organizations.
