You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Retention.
Your Role
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?You will drive customer centricity across the organisation by leveraging both new + existing best practices. Delivering industry leading performance in customer service + satisfaction will be key, along with leadership to our customers via a matrix organisation.• To own + manage all activities relating to customer retention; reporting, action planning, training, + follow-up activities.• To take the lead in customer development, reviewing the need for specialist dedication at a local level, supporting the recruitment + training where required as well as being personally responsible for selected customer account management.• To lead the customer engagement program, including deployment, training, knowledge sharing, + identifying opportunities for innovation.• To execute voice of the customer activities.
