  What you will be doing as a Customer Relations Manager:

   Working directly with our Product Specialists and Service Advisors on daily customer follow up

   Follow up with our customers throughout entire sales process

   Follow up with our customers on the service process i.e. wait time, pick up of vehicle

   handling of customer issues at the dealership

   other duties as assigned

  What we are looking for:

   Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

   Excellent phone skills

   Self Motivator, can maintain a positive attitude

   Strong leadership qualities

   Ability to build rapport with clients
