Customer Order Management Manager

　　To strengthen our team at Accelera we are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Order Management Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day Customer Order Management Operations Team in our Nürnberg location.

　　You will:

　　ensure alignment with global supply chain strategy to deliver operational efficiency to meet customer needs

　　designs the appropriate organizational structure to meet business needs and maximize resources while providing coaching, mentoring and development

　　maximize collaboration between teams to create a participative environment that maximizes team performance

　　manages overall communications and interactions between global Customer Order Management stakeholders

　　ensure alignment of initiatives and on-going dialogue with key stakeholders (for example: Sales/Marketing, Materials, Logistics, Plant/Warehouse, Distribution)

　　ensures Customer Order Management team continuously demonstrate customer support excellence (compassion, empathy, support) in all communications and interactions

　　Qualifications

　　Your Qualifications:

　　college, university, or equivalent degree in required Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related subject required.

　　fluent English and very good German language skills are mandatory

　　good Communication, time management and interpersonal skills

　　proven experience in a comparable position, preferably in an industry sector
