The Business Analyst supports business capabilities while fostering team work, communication, and collaboration, across teams and the organization to achieve its goals. The Business Analyst will work with a team focused on warehouse management system implementation, performing business/systems analysis, configuration, and testing. Responsibilities: Collaborate, negotiate and influence within a team or stakeholder setting Establish, understand and relate business value to features and functionality within the backlog to the product owner and team Partner with product owners on maintaining and grooming the product backlog Demonstrates basic understanding of business analysis and relationship management competencies and tools Take responsibility for lower-level capabilities as a subject matter expert Participates with embedded architects to ensure features align with architecture review board guidelines Advanced knowledge of system configuration Contribute in the Business Analyst Center of Excellence Other typical tasks may include Onboarding new team members Write and execute test cases Third party software support and administration Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience Associate's degree in an IT or related field Typically 0-4 years of experience in information systems, business or related field Proven knowledge of Agile and other SDLC methodologies Display problem solving ability; be motivated; versatile; creative; and exhibit conflict management skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in information systems, business or related field Experience working with warehouse management system (e.g. MA-WMOS) Physical Requirements: Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body DigiKey Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
