Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Customer Experienced Coordinator in Northlake, IL.
This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Salary: $70-80k, plus a 5% incentive (after 1 full year of working)
Hours: daytime, approx. 8am-5pm
Summary
The Customer Experience Coordinator (XE) will focus on fostering positive key customer relationships, while improving Supply Chain processes to ensure the optimization of the customer experience is best-in-class.
Responsibilities:
Manages and tracks contracts for customer
Creates and monitors Pos
Order print from APC or other outside companies
Schedule ADLAM and AD SLIT production
Maintain and/or verify inventory accuracy
Maintain customer forecasts
Simplify the reports
Schedule shipments or ensure shipments are properly scheduled
Travel to other locations quarterly for customer experience sessions
Develop and maintain customer experience scorecards
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Customer visit travel on an as needed basis is required; 10% to 15% travel
Customer interface: 3-5 years
Respond timely and professionally to customer needs and requests
Knowledge of Supply Chain function (i.e., processing PO’s, scheduling/planning, inventory accuracy etc.) is required
Proficient with MS Office
Prior experience with CRM (i.e., Sales Force or other related products
Excellent Communication Skills
Qualifications/Experience
Customer focused experience, with the ability to push projects forward while maintaining a positive experience for the customer
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Customer visit travel on an as needed basis is required; 10% to 15% travel
