　　VelocityEHS is accepting Co-op/Intern student applicants able to work 40hours per week between the months of May - August for approximately14-16 weeks.

　　This is a remote opportunity and is open to candidates that resideanywhere in the UnitedStates or Canada. The opportunity to work in ahybrid capacity out of our Oakville, ON or Ann Arbor, MI facilities isavailable for those interested.

　　Our Customer Experience (CX) Interns collaborate with multiple teamsthroughout the department, including Services, Success, Support, andmore. You will contribute to the departments objectives and successthrough project work to streamline processes, execute deliverables, andbridge gaps between teams. We encourage exposure to a broad range ofinitiatives, and so you may also be asked to support cross-departmentalinitiatives with Sales, Product, Development, and Marketing. Thisinternship provides a great opportunity to understand the intricacies ofdelivering a global customer experience.

　　In this role, you will support our Customer Experience departmentalongside a mentor, a manager, and a core group of other interns on adaily basis. You will also work with multiple teams across thedepartment over the course of your internship, and have opportunities togive presentations, manage projects, and set your own goals. You willcomplete onboarding and performance reviews similar to a full-timeemployee to gain experience and valuable feedback. Additionally, youwill have access to Managers, Directors, and VPs on a regular basis.

　　In a typical week, you will manage various projects and deadlines.Project work varies from independent to collaborative, short term tolong term. Past projects for interns in the CX department have included:contributing to the content and design of our customer Help Center,reaching out to customers as part of our User Conference campaigns,maintaining regulatory lists for chemical management, and testing theeffectiveness of motion capture technology for ergonomics.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree, ideally in a science field. Forexample: Kinesiology, Engineering, Public and Occupational Health,Safety, Environmental Science Excellent communication skills, bothwritten and verbal

　　Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

　　Organized, thorough, and attentive to detail

　　Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

　　Knowledge and experience in either/both Software and Environmental,Health & Safety industries is a plus

　　Previous related internship/work term experience preferred
