What You Will Do
As a Customer Engagement Strategy, Planning & Integration Intern supporting Disney Destinations you will learn audience targeting, multi-channel tactical media planning, budget management, and asset management and delivery. As part of our team you have the opportunity to:
Aid in the development of strategic plans and coordinated messaging with all out-bound marketing communications.
Collaborate with both internal and external partners to build, implement and evaluate Customer Engagement plans.
Assist in maintaining accurate budgets for all channels and phases of the marketing plans.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Shown Direct Marketing, CRM, paid media and social media experience including interpreting data and campaign/program results.
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time.
Experienced in Microsoft PowerPoint (or Keynote), Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
Education
Currently enrolled as a Senior or higher, or have graduated within the past 6 months from an accredited college/university, earning a degree majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Media, CRM or related field.Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
Additional Information
Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 through January 2025.
