Job Description

As a Loss Drafts Associate, you will assist customers with claims on their homeowner’s insurance. You will manage the loss claim from reporting through the completion of repairs.

Handle approximately 25 calls per day.

Assist clients with releasing funds to restoration companies for property repairs.

Document all conversations and details into a multi-screen computer system.

Maintain composure and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers.

Problem-solve and make decisions to meet client needs promptly.

Skills Qualifications:

1+ year of office experience in customer service, administrative, data entry, or production roles.

Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

Hours:

8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday

Location:

Fully on-site in Troy for the first 3-6 months. Can eventually work a hybrid schedule is possible based on meeting production, quality, and attendance metrics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
