　　Aramark is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to drive performance onsite at University of Central Arkansas (UCA Dining). If developing strategic business plans is your superpower and you?re driven to further advance revenue, join our rapidly growing team.

　　In this role, you will work to identify new marketing opportunities that achieve immediate and long-term business growth. The coordinator serves as an advocate, champion, and creative visionary working closely with the operations team to help bring both Aramark?s and the university?s vision and mission to life. You?ll thrive in this role if you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritize well, take initiative, and display sharp attention to detail.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　? Drives base business growth through planning, development, and execution of meal plan sales and ensuring price accuracy. Ensures all sales enablers and other Executional Framework initiatives are in place.

　　? Responsible for driving change, with a focus on guest satisfaction, that results in retention and profitable growth for UCA Dining and for our university clients

　　? Collaborates with Sr. District Marketing Manager and General Manager to devise marketing and communication plans and track results with presentations of the Client Facing Marketing Plan annually

　　? Conduct research and data collection to assist with focus groups, surveying, trend development/research, and competitive pricing analysis

　　? Identify new marketing opportunities, recommend actions, plan projects, manage projects to completion, and track results

　　? Implement guest satisfaction initiatives and conduct effective customer service training

　　? Responsible for updating and maintaining the dining website, location signage, all social media platforms and digital menu board system

　　? Supports the hiring, development, and management of the student Peer to Peer/Marketing Intern Team

　　? Works with the team to update and manage the content of marketing materials

　　Qualifications

　　? Strong research and analytical skills with a proactive approach to project management

　　? Effective sales, financial analysis, and presentation skills

　　? Previous content creation experience (internal communication, social media posts, etc.)

　　? Multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

　　? Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

　　? Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

　　? Self-starter with solid time management skills who can work independently or collaboratively with a team of creators and project managers

　　? A high level of technical, computer, and software skills is required for this position. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, and basic databases and software are required. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

　　? 1-2 years of marketing or sales experience in food service, hospitality, or higher education

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

　　Education

　　Bachelors preferred

　　Minimum 1-2 years experience
