Customer CareSupervisor- Greenville WI This position reports to the Manager ofCustomer Care and is accountable for assuring their team of CustomerCare representatives are delivering consistent, high levels of serviceand business performance in a multi-channel environment. Servicesdelivered include quotes, orders, order status, web support, credits andreturns. Channels supported include phone, chat, email and fax. Thisposition supports the execution of service-to-sales strategies thatdeliver measurable contributions to top line growth. Effectively coachesand mentors representatives to achieve key performance measures (KPMs)that include: service level, turnaround time, quality, productivity,adherence and customer satisfaction. Develops direct reports, createshigh levels of engagement and minimal external attrition. The basesalary range for this role is \$52-58K Annually Summary of PrimaryResponsibilities Accountable for the day-to-day operations of a team ofapproximately 15-20 representatives. Provides leadership andcommunication to representatives so they are inspired to provideinnovative and creative solutions that are value add to customers andthe business.
