We are seeking a Customer Care Representative with strong time managementskills, organization, good work ethic, and flexibility.
What you'll do:
Facilitate assistance for internal/external customer calls andcorrespondence regarding mortgage accountsAnswer customer inquiries, complaints, or concernsCustomer service de-escalation with prompt and effective responseStrong attention to detailStrong note taking skills - effective written communicationStrong verbal communication skills
What you'll need to be successful:
Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization,and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentMust have high level of integrity and professionalismMust have experience using Microsoft Office SuiteMinimum 2 years related mortgage experience a plus, but not requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsBilingual in Spanish a plus
