Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Analytics Project Manager in Irving, TX.Essential Functions:E2E planning: Customer Analytics Project Manager will work with Cross-functional teams, Vendors and create an E2E program plan Maintain and drive the E2E Plan Maintain Dependencies between work streams, other company programs and manage them Re-plan (if needed) as teams pivot strategy or when priorities change based on learnings (from tests) Maintain/Update Visual detailed program plan, refresh command center on a regular basisCommunication: Weekly Program Status update highlighting Red/Yellow milestones, risks issues Communicate Key risks/issues, escalate as needed Weekly - Communicate Executive leadership level update on key accomplishments/events Bi-weekly: One-pager status on program Software/Hardware Vendor Partner Management Risks/Issue Management - Build/Maintain Risk/issue logs, Action items: Maintain action items log, follow-up on action items Resource planning: Work with Business Team and Data Engineering leaders, Maintain the resource plan Help product leaders with budget managementGovernance:
Present bi-weekly program status to cross functional groupsData & Analytics: Develop understanding of Customer Analytics Platform requirements, structure of data/data processing flow, types of customer analytics, and opportunities for enhancements and innovation
Requirements
Bachelor's/4-year degree minimum; Master's degree would be a plus 3-5 years of experience Familiarity with Data and Analysis Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel Need a Project/Program Manager with technical background, very good communication skills Experience with Smartsheet is a plus Experience working with data and Data Engineering teams and managing Vendor partners is a plus Experience in a retail or CPG Manufacturer is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
