　　JOB FUNCTIONS:

　　Provide impeccable customer service.

　　Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOP's, tariff book, internet or customs.

　　Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle limited PGA's (participating Government Agencies)

　　Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with all record keeping requirements.

　　Adhere to all international importing regulations.

　　Work closely with other internal staff and departments to deliver high level of service to customers.

　　Process agency brokerage shipments.

　　Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed.

　　Starting Pay:This position has a starting pay of $15 per hour depending upon experience, location market and company guideline.

　　Location: This position is remote, however, to qualify you must me in the Memphis or Jackson TN area to return to the office as needed for training, meeting etc.

　　Shift: Monday through Friday - 3pm to 11:30pm

　　Customs training is provided; however, computer skills are required to be considered,

　　This position is highly analytical requiring calculations and spreadsheet requiring prior experience with MS office products to include – Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, are required as listed above.

　　Previous experience working in multiple data bases, searching technical content preferred.
