　　Our client, a manufacturer of hearing technology, is seeking a Custom Product Order Entry candidate to join their team in a contract to hire position. The Custom Product Order Entry role acts as a liaison between manufacturing and the customer to improve customer satisfaction by providing order review and support for custom orders, and making appropriate recommendations to manufacturing based on customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a passion for process and customer support, strong communication skills, and some previous experience is a plus to be able to use sound judgment. The role is on site, so only local candidates that are able to commute to Bloomington, MN will be considered.

　　Duties

　　Resolve transactional issues on orders forwarded by Order Entry (evaluate and interpret special orders). (50-60%)

　　Make outbound calls on designated orders. (20-30%)

　　Manage workload on a daily basis, making follow-up calls as necessary. (10-20%)

　　Perform other duties as requested and / or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the position. (0-5%)

　　Requirements

　　Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a supply chain/manufacturing company

　　1+ year of industry experience in Order Entry and/or Customer Care

　　Ability to work fully on site, Monday-Friday

　　Reliable and committed to great work

　　Strong written and verbal communication (internal and external clients)

　　Ability to use sound judgment and maintain utmost professionalism with unique concepts

　　Willingness to listen, learn, and grow

　　Interest in a long term, contract to hire position
