And that you are the proud bearer of a Class-ACDL with Hazmat and tank vehicle endorsements and have more than alittle experience with basic measurements and calculations forcalibration of gallons per acre, and acres per tank. That means propercalculating of product and carrier quantities, and proper mixing andapplication of plant protection and/or fertilizer products using varioustypes of application equipment. Absolute Musts: Be familiar with alllaws and regulations governing pesticide application Having a commercialdriver\'s license with endorsements for Haz-Mat and Tank vehicles a plusComprehend basic measurements and calculations for calibration (gallonsper acre, and acres per tank) Have a working knowledge of allapplication equipment Be able to accurately locate the application sitePossess or obtain the Qualified Applicator\'s Certification license andattend all required safety training meetings Complete bi-annual medicalexams Participate in a DOT random selection for drug and alcohol testingParticipate in a 30-day blood testing for Cholinesterase MonitoringReady to work odd hours during peak season (6-7 days, 10-14 hours,depending upon crew assignment may be day or night) Ready to travel toother branches, meeting locations, or customer farms Who Fits Well inthis Position?
