Maintainbuilding facility cleaning and provide appropriate trash disposal inassigned areas of the school. 2. Provide support for equipment set up onbuilding functions as assigned. 3. Working knowledge of cleaning spillsand potential biohazards 4. Insure safe and proper use of cleaningchemicals and equipment. Insure that you know and understand HazardCommunication Standard (formally MSDS) for every cleaning compound,chemicals or substances utilized. 5. Maintain inventory of necessarycleaning materials and equipment. 6. Provide support for ice and snowremoval as requested by the Facility Director or Facility Supervisor toinsure safety of students and faculty. 7. Provide support to grounds,receiving and maintenance support when requested by the FacilitiesManager. 8. Provide additional support as requested by the FacilitySupervisor or Facility Director. Recommended Minimum Qualifications:Education, Training and Experience: High School Degree required. Minimuml year experience in general school facility custodial maintenance.Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here arerepresentative of those that must be met by an employee to successfullyperform the essential functions of this job.
