Summary McCoy's Community Center is the central hub of activity. Which includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. McCoy's Community Center Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft McCoy Community. Responsibilities Performs routine maintenance of equipment. Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities. Cleans, and dusts assigned areas. Empties trash. Occasionally cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes using light and heavy-duty powered equipment. May make beds and changes linens. Works independently under general supervision to accomplish assigned work. Assists with banquets and special functions, facility set-up and washes dishes. Assists with bowling operations. FWS Allowances and Differentials This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position. All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility. Credit may be given for NAF time in grade but most new appointees pay will be set at the bottom of the pay rate for each level. This is a mixed job, designed specifically for smaller NAF activities that required flexibility in employee work assignments. May be assigned to other activities based on mission requirements. These are Flexible on call positions and employees may work up to 40 hours per week but is based on peak seasons and mission requirements. Flexible positions are not entitled to benefits at this time. Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors. Driver's license will be required if operating government vehicles.
