　　Summary

　　The Senior Accountant contributes to meeting Langhams pursuit of exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, quality, process improvement, and profitability. This is achieved by assisting the Director of Accounting in various accounting functions that include analyzing financial statements to ensure compliance, overseeing financial reports, executing complex and routine accounting transactions accurately and on time, and actively participating in month-end and year-end close processes.

　　The Senior Accountant will also review and analyze current processes for improvements within the department. While various responsibilities, activities, and tasks performed in the accounting department are assigned to specific individuals, daily responsibilities may shift from time to time as requested by the Director of Accounting. The ability to work within a team environment is critical.
