　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Manage all technical aspects of multiple and/or major projects utilizingthe Product Planning and Development Procedure.

　　Designs, validates, provides test reports and sign-off documents, andensures production readiness.

　　Coordinates with CAD, FEA and laboratory personnel and interfaces withother departments in support of the above.

　　Coordinates the technical design and test aspects on projects withsuppliers and customers.

　　Provides continuous improvement through employee development, processimprovement and elimination of waste. Helps to assure safety in the laband office.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　The successful candidate will possess:

　　Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline required.BSME/BSAgE/BS AeroE preferred.

　　Experience in vehicle structural design (preferable heavy or medium dutytruck) with exposure to dynamic structural analysis, finite elementanalysis, fatigue analysis, and product design.

　　Demonstrated product innovation.

　　Experience working with customers.

　　Electrical or brake experience a plus.

　　Project management experience preferred.

　　Demonstrated ability to manage and meet product development deadlines.

　　Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to drive issues toresolution.
