　　Job Summary

　　Summary: A seasonal opportunity to supervise associates in the preparation of food at the University Ridge Golf Course. The University Ridge Golf Course operates from March till October, during this time you would be expected to work 35-40 hours a week. Upon the close of the University Ridge, there is the ability to work part time hours at the Kohl Center and/or Camp Randall Stadium.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.

　　Prepares and oversees the production of high-quality food items in accordance with standardized recipes to meet the location needs.

　　Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.

　　Ensures the safety of team members and guests by implementing daily sanitation inspections.

　　Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required to maintain high-quality food items and guest service.

　　Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.

　　Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

　　Ensures all equipment is properly maintained.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　Strong leadership skills

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Previous culinary experience

　　Fluent in English

　　Ability to lift 25 pounds
