Reporting to Corporate Services Technology Development (CS TD) General Manager, the Chandler CS TD Site Manager is responsible for leading a facilities cross-functional organization of managers, engineers, and technicians. These facilities include industrial waste treatment, mechanical, electrical, process, instrumentation and controls, gas and chemical systems, and ultra pure water.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsible for leading best-in-class facilities technology development operations; safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency at Chandler siteSupport the development of POR for CS ATM factory facilities operationsEnsure all site infrastructural needs Water, Elec, Waste, etc. are planned/delivered in conjunction with external bodies and Business Continuity PlanningResponsible for building strong relationships with our site customers as well as across Intel, understanding their business, and mapping our services to meet their specific needs to their satisfactionResponsible for the development of team in line with Intel's cultural attributes and Corporate Services Vision and Strategic RoadmapResponsible for the overall Chandler Site Facilities Strategic Roadmap and partnering with Senior Site management to deliver a long term competitive site futurePartner with peer groups on (1) Facilities Technology Development, (2) technology transfer for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) sites, (3) Environmental Forecasting and Modeling, and (4) Strategic Site Master Planning, including ongoing Gap analysis for future developmentPartnering with peers to assure adequate technical resources to support the Corporate Services Technology Development (CS TD) roadmap for Chandler and ATM facilities transferLeader in problem-solving in Site Task Forces, Interrupt To Production (ITP), and Notice of Violation (NOV) resolution at ChandlerOverseas timely delivery of projects in line with the approved expense and capital budgetsEnsures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulationsPrepares for and ensure successful Internal AuditsProblem-solving expertise to coach people to solve overall problem vs. only module levelResponsible for the operational performance of all CS Operational facilities on siteResponsible for Site Asset ManagementClear understanding of and execution for Environmental, Health and Safety standards and driving a strong culture of Safety and Environmental compliance

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a Facilities Engineering or similar technical discipline with at least 10+ years of Facilities working experiences in a fast-paced senior executive manufacturing environment and 5+ years in a managerial role.5+ years of direct experience with Intel's facilities and/or Fab/Assembly test environments.5+ years of work experience in the following: Technical Strategic Planning and/or Roadmap DevelopmentManaging Office or Fabrication properties while delivering operation and service excellence.Financial and business acumen with particular emphasis on cost optimization, supplier management, experience of high-value and/or multi discipline service contracts, and proven project management experiences.Business practices and procedures as related to facilities, space planning and services management.Microsoft office and related software to prepare and present information in an easily understandable and highly innovative way.
