Job Description:Title: Critical Order SupervisorReports to: Inventory Planning ManagerLocation: Bothell, WA (hybrid)Relocation: NoSummaryThe Critical Order Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating expediting activity with the team of Expeditors within the Materials department and all Machine Down orders for Genie Parts & Service. In addition, this position has responsibility for the Dedicated Fleet Support team that looks after key customers and weekly / monthly reporting that is associated. The Critical Order Supervisor reports directly to the Inventory Planning Manager for Genie Parts & Service and will act as a primary backup as necessary.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport Fill Rate targets, Backorder reduction, Grief resolution, Invoice exceptions, Salesforce case management, and all other relevant KPIs associated with the Materials Department related to the job scope.Acts as a point of escalation with supplier to resolve issues and support customer Uptime.Develops and organizes the Expediting team and Dedicated Fleet Support to coordinate day-to-day activities and material flow.Develops standards and metrics for performance related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.Mentors and develops top level talent for the aftermarket organization.QualificationsKnowledge and SkillsStrong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.Requires a demonstrated understanding and background in the principles of Materials Management.Ability to lead a team of people with varying backgrounds and experience levels through various tasks and expediting activities.AbilitiesDemonstrated ability to drive process improvements.Strong analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication with experience leading and training others.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in; Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or Logistics preferred.1-3 years of Supply Chain Planning Experience (Supply / Demand).Salary: The hourly range for this position is $32.69 - $36.54.
