　　To join our team as a Crew Supervisor! The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day oversight and leadership to Crew members while improving overall productivity and quality.

　　- - Supervise assigned group of weatherization installers to ensure weatherization work is conducted safely, effectively & efficiently.  - Ensure clarity of work scope instructions so that the weatherization measures are performed accurately, completely & in a timely manner.   - QA/QC all assigned work performed to include air sealing, proper placement of insulation and all other work.  - Monitor and assist in the performance of required repairs & installations including but not limited to: Doors, Windows, Mastic, Pipe Wrap, Water Heater Jackets & the installation of Sidewall and Attic Insulation.  - Knowledgeable of safe work practices to ensure that the job site & technicians maintain compliance with the same.  - Assist with weatherization related data & required reports including a working knowledge of Energy Audit.  - Maintain precise records in association with repairs, installation & inventory.  - Ensure weatherization vehicles, equipment & tools are adequately maintained to ensure safety & readiness for use.   - Work closely with Inspectors in all aspects of program guidelines.  - Assist in the upkeep & general housekeeping duties of warehouse & trucks.  - Travel throughout a defined territory.

　　- - High School Diploma or equivalent  - Preferred 3-5years of relevant construction experience  - 1-2 years prior supervisory experience  - BPI Certification preferred (if not BPI certified at time of hire, must obtain certification within 90 days of employment -- support and training will be provided)
