Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities Overview Post Consumer Brands is seeking a talented and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing web and retail content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital content best practices and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-changing digital landscape. You will have a proven track record of developing compelling content that drives engagement and conversion. You will have the ability to translate business objectives into creative content solutions will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence across various digital channels. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Content Strategy: Develop and execute digital content strategies to drive awareness, engagement and conversion through brand.com experiences and on retail channels. Creative Strategy: Manage creation of compelling digital content, including copy, enhanced images, video, and product descriptions. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and style guidelines. New Item Tracking: Manage new item calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of content to site development agency & retail partners. Website Management: Collaborate with agency partner to update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and optimal user experience. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithms to ensure content remains relevant and discoverable. Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies, identify areas for improvement, and propose creative solutions to enhance content effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including brand, creative, regulatory and legal, to gather information, ensure content accuracy, and incorporate feedback. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners, agencies, or freelancers as needed to support content creation and syndication efforts. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital content best practices. identify opportunities for improvement and innovation by to leveraging new content formats, processes, or platforms to enhance the brand's digital presence and engage target audiences. Development: Take on stretch projects that provide visibility into interest areas. Manage and Optimize Digital Tools: Manage digital platforms such as Salsify, Pear Commerce, PowerReviews and other relevant tools, ensuring their smooth operation, configuration, and ongoing optimization. Data and Content Management: Oversee the organization, quality, and accuracy of product data and content across digital channels, aligning with retailer expectations and industry best practices. Retailer Expectations: Develop a deep understanding of the CPG and retail landscape, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and standards. Anticipate and fulfill retailers' expectations regarding data and content presentation. Best Practice and Process Documentation: Provide troubleshooting and support related to digital capabilities. Document best practices and model these activities to team to ensure cohesion across all retail account teams. Project Management: Lead content optimization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Qualifications Education BA required. Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or related field preferred. Experience 2-5 years marketing, content marketing, project management experience Digital content management experience required Ecommerce experience preferred Proven experience in digital content creation and management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of digital content strategies and SEO principles Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Pimcore) as well as Salsify and other syndication platforms. Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure content performance. Critical thinker with strong, proven analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity. Excellent written, communication and presentation skills Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
