About Crew Foreman(2024 Season)

　　Experience is required for this position. 

　　Pay is based on the amount and type of experience. 20+ an hour

　　Job duties

　　Have the ability to solve on the job problems as they happen.

　　Reliable transportation

　　Ability to go and retrieve materials from local hardware stores as needed

　　Supervise a crew of 3-4 individuals.

　　Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift over 50+ pounds, ability to do constant bending and kneeling. 

　　Ensure that you and your crew follow all OSHA safety requirements and all state and local building codes. We are licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin. 

　　Good communication skills to communicate effectively with customer, other employees, and administrative staff. 

　　This job does have the opportunity for year round employment. Depends on the demand for winter work from our customers. 

　　 

　　Employment will start in Spring of 2024
