Responsible for processing or maintaining of portfolio loans, confirming loans, construction and PHFA loans; closing coordination processing, packaging and delivering, processing uploading to systems, closing coordination with attorneys and settlement companies and reviewing post closing packages and reports. Functions as resource and guide for CSRI staff; responsible for coordinating complex or high volume maintenances.
Performs a variety of tasks for the process of supporting the credit servicing function of which the following are illustrative:a.Independently upload consumer loans and commercial/mortgage products.
b.) Review approval packages for accuracy and thoroughnessc.) Confirm all closing documents are signedd.) Create checklist for all loans booked to perform reviewse.) Perform 2nd reviews of uploaded loans within allotted time framef.) Prepare and complete post-upload system maintenanceg.) Report missing loan documents to appropriate areash.) Perform in-office rotation duties as scheduledi.) Monitor and review assigned quality control reportsj.) Assist with testing for system upgrades and implementations as assignedk.) Process Letters of Creditl.) Monitor and clear Loan Upload Settlement outagesm.) Update assigned procedures documents, reflecting new process/scenario changes to maintain accuracy
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications_________
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years related experience is required;
Must have proficient mathematics skills; knowledge of computer systems such as LaserPro, CIF, Word, Excel, Grow systems, mainframe, and Loan Prospector;
Moderate interpersonal relations; moderate typing skills; moderate report writing and analytical skills and supervisory skills sufficient to provide training.
Knowledge of FHCMC/FNMA documentation guidelines preferred.
