　　Credit infrastructure Product Manager, Business Cards and Payments

Business Cards and Payments is looking for a product manager to lead the Credit Infrastructure initiatives that include ML products like ML models, data and infrastructure. In this role you will own the credit infrastructure product manager responsibilities including: model lifecycle, monitoring, model enhancements, user engagement , roadmapping and strategy. You will build and own the roadmap for credit infrastructure for 1 to 5 years. You will lead planning and execution for credit infrastructure intent by working with cross functional teams on data science, software engineering, business and project management. You will also be leading user research to build intent for improvements to credit infrastructure including but not limited to tech stack, model life cycle process, user communication, model iterations and process standardization

　　In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas

　　You'll utilize balanced judgment in decisions about risks of both actions taken and not taken while innovating on ways to iterate faster in a well-managed way for the immediate team

　　You'll understand and leverage technology and end-state architecture vision to partner with technology team to drive comprehensive design decisions out of white space technical problems

　　You'll share business strategy and roadmap with Tech partners to establish context while also leading and facilitating agile ceremonies alongside Tech Lead

　　You'll deliver value by creating reusable, extensible and resilient capabilities and proactively identify opportunities when key metrics on security, resilience and performance are not performing

　　Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes by embracing the art of the possible

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experience

　　At least 3 year of product management experience or at least 3 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

　　MBA or Master's degree

　　2+ years of experience in Agile product management
