　　Are you a friendly and motivated Credentialing Specialist who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of this role.. We are looking for someone who has at least two years of experience in credentialing, preferrably with initial and reappointment applications in an acute care hospital.

　　salary: $25 - $27.58 per hour

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　education: Bachelors

　　Responsibilities

　　Performs all aspects of credentialing in a timely manner, including appointment, reappointment, privileging, for physicians, allied health practitioners and others at multiple facilities as assigned.

　　Complete monthly credential reports (dashboards) for facilities and process through facility Board of Directors.

　　Track and meet multiple deadlines for credentialing and expiring licenses and certificates.

　　Monitor and maintain practitioner expirables including state license, DEA, insurance, ACLS etc.

　　Accurately maintains electronic medical staff database for all practitioners at assigned facilities.
